Mr. Hunter from Zoo Atlanta showing off a three-banded armadillo from South America!

The Zoo Atlanta Education Team packed up its ZooMobile and visited the Cumming branch of the Forsyth County Public Library! Little explorers got a chance to see up-close and interact with live creatures, such as a prehensile tailed skink from the Solomon Islands, a ball python from Africa, and a three-banded armadillo from South America! The kids were so excited to meet these animals and had lots of questions for the zookeepers.

Check out the video below! Also, see more video and photos from the visit on FacebookYouTube, Instagram!

This is another great example of how our libraries are partnering with other community organizations to improve the lives of Georgians!
